what sessions might look like
We start by getting to know you as a couple…
by sharing your current challenges, exploring your individual history and how it’s shaped you, and discussing the evolution of the relationship and changing roles.
Then, we will collaboratively identify goals and create a roadmap on how to reach them. We typically meet weekly to follow that path at your own pace.
Along the way, I’ll guide both partners through introspection, reflection, and processing; and cultivate motivation and confidence to invest time and energy towards trialing tools and strategies that can move you towards meeting those goals and cultivating the relationship you really want.
